What is it?

  • I am NOT a travel agent, rather a travel planner

  • I do all the research, so that you don’t have to!

What’s included?

  • A detailed daily itinerary, including maps and written descriptions, with instructions (logistics) on how to get to and from airports, accommodations, and activities

  • Recommendations for flights, accommodations, and any other transport needed (train, bus, plane) for multi-city trips

  • Guidance and links for any tours or tickets that require advance booking (museums, day tours, cooking classes, etc.)

  • Destination specific tips and advice, such as currency exchange, safety or health information, visas, etc.

How does it work?

  • With each client, I complete a conversational “interview” to learn more about you and how you envision your trip, including destination(s), length of travel/dates, budget, interests, wish-list, and overall travel preferences

  • After the initial interview, I will spend a 2-4 weeks researching and developing an individualized travel itinerary personalized for you

How much does it cost?

  • Pricing is simple!

  • Each day requiring travel planning = $50

    • Example: 3-day trip to Chicago = $150

    • Example: 14-day trip trip around the American Southwest = $600

“Emily was a pleasure to work with! She listened carefully to ideas and hopes we had for our trip, and asked important clarifying questions along the way. The plan she created is amazing! Not only is it an itinerary, there are links to referenced websites and maps, making it extremely comprehensive. Emily gave different options for parts of the trip, including lodging and sightseeing stops, which allows for some flexibility for our group of 7. I have had ZERO stress planning the details! Thank you, Emily!”
